Franchise fees & Royalties


Initial Franchise Fee

The initial franchise fee is $49,500, due at the time of signing the franchise agreement. This fee is fully earned by the franchisor upon signing and is non-refundable.

Royalty Fee

Royalty fees include 8% of Gross Revenues from the franchisee’s Territory and 16% of Gross Revenues from Extraterritorial Sales, excluding Anython Revenues. Additionally, there’s a 6% fee on all dollars raised using the Anython platform within the Territory and 12% for organizations outside the Territory.

Marketing Fee

The marketing fee can be up to 2% of Gross Revenues. This fee is adjustable with thirty days’ notice and is deposited into the Marketing Fund.

Additional Training or Support Fee

This fee can go up to $500 per person per day, in addition to reimbursing the franchisor for the costs associated with on-site training or support.

Annual Convention/Meeting Fee

The fee for attending an annual convention or meeting ranges from $150 to $300, billed upon invoicing.

Training Module Fee

This fee is currently $75 per user and is billed upon invoicing.

Renewal Fee

Upon renewal of the franchise agreement, a fee of $5,000 is applicable.

Transfer Fee

The transfer fee is the greater of $7,500 or 5% of the franchise sale purchase price, due upon the closing of the transfer.

Management Fee

In addition to the Royalty Fee, a management fee of 3% of Gross Revenues, plus out-of-pocket costs, is charged if the franchisor assumes management of the franchise.
