Franchise fees & Royalties

Initial Franchise Fee

The Initial Franchise Fee is $50,000, which must be paid to the franchisor upon signing the Franchise Agreement.

Continuing Service Fee

This is a monthly fee equivalent to 25% of Gross Sales.

Additional Training

If additional training is provided, it may cost between $100-$200 per day per person, payable before attending the training.

Certified Technician Fee

If a franchisee elects to retain the services of a certified technician, a fee of $25,000 is applicable upon execution of the certified technician addendum to the Franchise Agreement.

Transfer Fee

In the event of a business transfer, a fee amounting to 20% of the sales price for the Bumper Business is due at the closing of the transfer and sale.

Replacement Costs for Invoicing Equipment and Manual

These vary based on circumstances, with a maximum of approximately $2,400 for invoicing equipment during the initial term of the Franchise Agreement.

Renewal Fee

For franchise renewal, the greater of 3% of the then-current initial franchise fee and $1,000 is due 6 months before the expiration of the term of the Franchise Agreement.
