Franchise fees & Royalties

Initial Franchise Fee

You agree to pay a non-recurring initial franchise fee in the amount of $55,000. The initial franchise fee is payable in a lump sum upon execution of the Agreement, is fully earned by us when paid, and is not refundable under any circumstances.

Royalty Fee

A Royalty Fee equal to five percent (5%) of the Gross Revenues of the Franchised Business is due each week on or before the Wednesday of each week calculated on the Gross Revenue for the prior week.

Marketing/Advertising Fee

Up to 2% of Gross Revenue, currently set at 0.25%, is due each week for system marketing fees. Additionally, a minimum of $500 each month must be spent on local advertising and marketing.

Technology Fee

The current Social Media/Technology Fee is $300 per month, with a maximum required fee not to exceed $500 each month. The current Software Fee is $400 per month.

Transfer Fees

The Transfer Fee is 50% of the then-current initial franchise fee. If transferring an Area Development Agreement, the fee is $10,000.

Renewal Fees

The Renewal Fee is 10% of the then-current initial franchise fee, payable if you choose to enter into the then-current Franchise Agreement for a successor term.

Management Fees

The current Online Management Fee is $985 per month.

3. Await Franchise Review and Approval

  • Franchise team review: Your application will be reviewed by the dermani MEDSPA® franchise team.
  • Initial approval: If your application meets their criteria, you will receive initial approval to proceed.

4. Undergo Franchise Training and Support Orientation

  • Training programs: Participate in comprehensive training programs provided by dermani MEDSPA®.
  • Operational support: Get acquainted with the operational support, marketing programs, and supplier relationships offered by the franchise.

5. Launch Your dermani MEDSPA® Franchise

  • Site selection and setup: Select an appropriate location for your franchise and set up your spa according to dermani MEDSPA® standards.
  • Grand opening: Plan and execute the launch of your dermani MEDSPA® franchise with support from the corporate team.
