Franchise fees & Royalties

Initial Franchise Fee

The initial franchise fee for a Sir Grout franchise is $60,000. This fee is due in full at the time of signing the Franchise Agreement. The fee is nonrefundable. The franchisor may offer financing for up to the full amount of the initial franchise fee to qualified prospects.

Royalty Fee

The royalty fee is $600 per month for the first three months. Thereafter, it is 6% of gross revenues or $1,250 per month, whichever is greater.

Marketing/Advertising Fee

The brand fund fee is $500 per month. Additionally, there is a requirement to spend a minimum of $3,500 per month on local advertising, marketing, and promotional programs for the first two years or until achieving gross revenues of $240,000 or more for twelve consecutive months.

Technology Fee

An annual fee of $50 and a monthly fee of $49 for website maintenance.

Transfer Fees

The transfer fee is $5,000.

Renewal Fees

The renewal fee is $2,500.

Management Fees

Included within various operational fees, such as the business center fee of $1,200 per month.
