Initial Franchise Fee

The initial franchise fee ranges from $44,550 to $49,500, payable in a lump sum at the signing of the Franchise Agreement.

Royalty Fee

Franchisees must pay a royalty equal to the greater of 8% of Gross Revenues or a minimum royalty. The minimum royalty is $1,200 per month for the Core Program, plus an additional $50 per sport for the Plus Program, starting on the seventh month following the commencement of operations.

Technology Fee

The technology fee for the first TGA Franchised Business is $200 per month. For the second YAU Brand business, it’s reduced to $150 per month, and for the third and subsequent YAU Brand businesses, it’s further reduced to $100 per month. This fee is for maintaining the franchisee’s presence on the TGA internet web system, access to the TGA Back Office Platform, and full access to Google Workspace’s applications for all owners.

Additional Fees

Other fees may include interest on overdue payments, accounting fees if an audit reveals discrepancies, document preparation fees up to $1,500 depending on the transaction, operation fees in case of the franchisee’s death or disability, data security safeguard costs, and more.
