You can access and use the Website and Services without telling us who you are or revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. 10. GDPR Statement for the European Economic Area residents (“EEA residents”)

General Data Protection Regulation Privacy Statement (“GDPR Statement”) This GDPR Statement applies to persons residing within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), including those based in the United Kingdom. This GDPR Statement supplements the Privacy Policy, however, this GDPR Statement shall prevail when conflicting with the Privacy Policy as to persons residing in the EEA.

The EU representative role in this respect is limited solely to being a contact point for questions on data protection from the EU residents and data protection supervisory authorities. For the avoidance of doubt, the EU representative cannot field other communications or legal processes on behalf of RGMS LLC.

Your rights under GDPR

Your rights with respect to your own personal data include the following:

  1. The right to request access to your personal data. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  2. The right to request rectification of your personal data if it is inaccurate. You may also supplement any incomplete personal data we have.
  3. The right to request erasure (deletion) of your personal data if:
    • your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected or processed them; or
    • you withdraw your consent if the processing of your personal data is based on consent and no other legal ground for processing exists; or
    • you object to the processing of your personal data and we do not have an overriding legitimate ground for processing; or

Legal basis of Personal Data use

Pursuant to GDPR, we will use your personal data in one or more of the following circumstances: Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you. Where it is necessary for our business legitimate interests (or those of a third-party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. With your consent.

International Transfers

By using our Services, you understand that your Personal Data may be stored or transferred to countries outside the EEA for the purposes described in this GDPR Statement. When we store or transfer your Personal Data outside the EEA, we take the following measures to ensure that your personal data is securely protected. 12. Retention of information

Once the retention period expires, Personal Data shall be deleted. 13. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers incorporate a Do Not Track feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Tracking is not the same as using or collecting information in connection with a website. For these purposes, tracking refers to collecting personally identifiable information from consumers who use or visit a website or online service as they move across different websites over time. How browsers communicate the Do Not Track signal is not yet uniform. As a result, the Website and Services are not yet set up to interpret or respond to Do Not Track signals communicated by your browser. Even so, as described in more detail throughout this Policy, we limit our use and collection of your Personal Data.

In the event we become aware that the security of the Website and Services has been compromised or users Personal Data has been disclosed to unauthorized third parties as a result of external activity, including, but not limited to, security attacks or fraud, we reserve the right to take reasonably appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, investigation and reporting, as well as notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Data from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Data through the Website and Services.
