Initial Franchise Fee

The initial franchise fee for Zoomin Groom is approximately $10,000 per undeveloped Single Unit Territory within your Area Representative Territory. Typically, an Area Representative will purchase 15-30 Single Unit Territories, resulting in a total initial franchise fee ranging from approximately $150,000 to $300,000. This fee must be submitted prior to attending Initial Area Representative Training.

Fee for Franchisee Prospects

Franchisee prospects can incur costs typically between $100 and $150 per lead. These fees are due within 30 days of the transaction and assist with lead generation efforts.

Late Fees

Late fees are the lesser of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law in the franchisee’s state, applied to overdue amounts.

Technology Fee

A Technology Fee of up to $200 per month may be imposed, though it was not enforced as of the document’s issuance date. This fee is payable monthly.

Internal Sales Fee

An Internal Sales Fee of $5,000 is charged for each Single Unit Franchise sale, payable at the time of the sale.

Transfer Fee

A Transfer Fee of $10,000 is required prior to the acceptance of any transferee, and is payable at the closing of the sale.

Franchise Broker Fee

The Franchise Broker Fee is proportional to the commission earned by a broker on a new unit franchise sale, based on the percentage of the Initial Franchise Fee received from the sale.
