Franchise fees & Royalties

Initial Franchise Fee

The initial franchise fee is $40,000 paid as a lump sum upon signing the Franchise Agreement.

Royalty Fee

Royalty fees amount to 6% of all revenues, payable continuously during the term of the Franchise Agreement.

Brand Building Fund

You must contribute 2% of your Gross Sales to the Brand Building Fund. This contribution is due at the same time and in the same manner as the royalty fee. The franchisor reserves the right to increase your contribution requirement to 3% of Gross Sales upon thirty (30) days’ written notice.

Local Advertising Requirement

In addition to the Brand Building Fund Contributions, you may be required to spend up to 2% of Gross Sales each month on local advertising. This can include publicity, public relations, promotional, and other marketing programs to promote the restaurant.

Technology Fee

Franchisees pay a monthly technology fee which can be up to $500, covering various online systems and services.

Lease or Rent Fee

Lease-related expenses, such as rent, security deposits, and utility deposits range from $2,000 to $15,000, payable before opening to third parties including utility companies.

Transfer Fee

The transfer fee is $12,000 for “in-system” transfers and $24,000 for “out of system” transfers, plus additional costs and expenses.

Renewal Fee

The renewal or successor franchise fee is set at $10,000, payable at the time you sign the successor franchise agreement.

Management Fee

In cases of death, divorce, or incapacity, a management fee of $250 per day per representative, plus expenses, is charged for the duration of our management.
