Franchise fees & Royalties

Initial Franchise Fee

Royalty Fee

The royalty fee is 6% of gross sales, payable monthly on the 10th of each month for the preceding month. This fee will be debited automatically from your bank account.

Up to $500 per month, payable monthly as invoiced. This fee is used to defray some of the franchisor’s costs related to system website and intranet.

Lease or Rent Fee

  • Lease and Utility Deposits: $3,000 to $7,000, as arranged and incurred.
  • Rent – Three Months: $4,000 to $21,000, as arranged and incurred.

Transfer Fees

A transfer fee of $12,500 is payable if the franchisor approves your transfer request.

Renewal Fees

A renewal fee of $5,000 is payable upon signing the renewal franchise agreement.
